Before partnering with i2M, KHC grappled with inefficient document management processes. Their workflow relied heavily on scattered files stored in network drives, leading to disorganisation and difficulty in locating important documents. With employees adopting sporadic filing methods, finding relevant information became a tedious and time-consuming task. Security was also a key concern, without proper safeguards in place to correctly protect against data exfiltration. Additionally, the lack of email filing capabilities further compounded their challenges, hindering collaboration and productivity.

With iManage being such the dominant solution amongst Law firms and in-house legal teams, many lawyers already have experience with the platform, including this project, allowing for seamless adoption. KHC's adoption strategy was delivered with excellent success rates. The main user cohort progressed with i2M's iManage Work 10 Enablement Training, with a select group of Power Users receiving Advanced Training, delving into deep administrative functions to further bolster KHC's adoption. i2M also provides recorded training sessions for new hires with customised user manuals to help support the onboarding processes for new users.
