The ServiceDesk staff have a proactive and professional approach. They have a clear focus on improving the current IT solutions which has been of great benefit to the County Court staff.

i2 Management have been our IT support for approximately 8 years, during this time we have had major systems/server upgrades. These were executed smoothly and successfully. We have an excellent working relationship with the Network team at i2 and are extremely happy with their service.

The VGSO has been working with i2 Management since early 2007 when they supplied and implemented the iManage Document Management System throughout the office, together with integrating iManage with our Open Practice PMS. Subsequently, the VGSO elected to improve internal productivity by acquiring and implementing Software to automate a number of precedent areas within the office. Balanced Securities engaged the services of i2 Management to replace our fleet of aging desktops and server hardware. We have several mission critical applications specific to our business function and minimal disruption was imperative. i2 Management was able to migrate our email, document management and other services to VMware based virtual infrastructure with only 2 hours downtime in total over the course of the project. Our desktops were also replaced, upgrading from Windows XP – Office 2003 to Windows 7 – Office 2010, again with minimal impact to our staff. i2 Management’s WorkSite Express package helped us introduce a sophisticated document management system quickly and cost effectively, and i2 Management also built us a simple matter management system to use with it. The i2 team listened to what we needed both commercially and technically, and delivered what we asked for. We couldn’t be happier.

Given the extent of the project, its geographical spread and the challenge presented by the document importation volumes, Hunt & Hunt anticipated that there would be some difficult times.
